Having lived and worked in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes for more than 30 years, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. From the NASCAR races at Watkins Glen International to the Hot-Air Balloon Festival in Binghamton. Gathering at the Winter Celebration on Market Street in Corning to the Windmill in Penn Yan.
